Suites are cleaned overnight and nobody thinks about them. Lobbies, lifts, corridors and shared restrooms are used all day and are where the calls to the property manager come from. That is the argument for day porter coverage in anything multi-tenant.
Access, keys and alarm codes
Overnight cleaning means a contractor holds access to your building. We agree key handling, alarm codes and after-hours protocol in writing before the first shift, and the same people work the building each time.
Tours and viewings
Vacant suites and common areas get a touch-up ahead of viewings when we know they are happening. A suite that shows well leases faster, and that is worth more than the cleaning costs.
