The problem this solves
Wax builds up unevenly, yellows at the edges and goes grey in the walkways. Once the finish is gone the substrate takes the wear directly, and VCT that could have run twenty years starts failing at eight.

What to expect
Strip-and-wax is disruptive by nature, so it runs overnight or across a weekend. We agree the sequence in advance so no area is off-limits during business hours.
