How it works
What actually happens between calling us and the first shift — so you know what you are agreeing to before you agree to it.
-
You get in touch
Call or send the form. We need the building, the town and roughly what you are looking for. Two minutes is enough.
-
We walk the building
Robert Goldrick attends. We look at floor types, restroom count, access, alarm and how the building actually runs.
-
You get a written scope
Areas, tasks, frequency and price. In writing, so you can compare it against anyone else’s quote line by line.
-
We set up and start
Access, keys and alarm codes agreed first. Same crew from the first shift onward.
What we need from you at the walkthrough
- Access to every area you want included — including the ones you would rather not show us
- Your operating hours, and the hours cleaning can actually happen
- Any areas with restricted access or specific handling requirements
- What is going wrong with your current arrangement, if there is one
How commercial cleaning is priced
Price follows areas, frequency and floor types — not square footage alone. Two buildings of identical size can differ by a wide margin because one has four restrooms and VCT throughout and the other has one restroom and carpet.
That is why we walk the building rather than quote over the phone. A phone number quote is a guess, and it gets corrected upward later.
What we will tell you honestly
If your building is outside the radius where we can respond properly, we will say so at the walkthrough. If a job needs a specialist we are not — kitchen hood systems, regulated medical waste, structural restoration — we will tell you that too, rather than take the work and subcontract it back to you as a problem.
Find out what your building should actually cost to clean
We walk the building with you, agree what needs doing and how often, and put a written price against it. Free, and no obligation to use us.
