The problem this solves
Construction dust is not ordinary dust. It is fine, it is everywhere, and it keeps falling out of ceiling voids and diffusers for weeks after the trades leave. A single pass before handover looks fine on the day and looks terrible on the tenant’s first morning.

- Final clean — all surfaces, glass, fixtures and finishes
- Touch-up clean immediately before handover or inspection
- Adhesive, sticker, paint and compound removal
- Ceiling grille, vent and light-fitting dust

What to expect
We work to your handover date and expect it to move. The touch-up clean is scheduled as close to inspection as the programme allows.
